What is the range of the Bluetooth button?

The button has an excellent range of up to 50 metres. As a rule of thumb, for the most reliable connection, the wearable should be in the same room as the mobile device it is paired with.

How do I trigger an alert using the wearable?

To prevent accidental triggers while ensuring support is easy to reach, the button is designed to send an instant alert via a double or triple click. This allows for a fast and simple method to signal for help during critical events.

What are the different ways to wear the device?
