How are responders notified when a new incident is triggered?
When an alert is raised, the responder team receives an instant, high priority notification. This includes a loud incident alarm that overrides silent and DND modes, ensuring the alert is noticed immediately even in busy or high noise environments.
Can multiple responders be assigned to the same incident?
Yes. The system currently allows for the multiple deployment of first response users. Any number of designated responders can be attached to an active incident simultaneously, allowing a team to collaborate and provide an organised, multi person response.
How does the app assist with navigation to an incident?
The app features real time location tracking, providing the exact coordinates of the individual requiring assistance. Responders can view this position on a map and navigate directly to the user. Additionally, responders can see the live positions of fellow team members to improve on-site coordination.
