- Alert Raised: A lone worker or user triggers an emergency or safety alert via the Audiesafe Lone Worker & Personal Safety app.
- Immediate Notification: The responder team is instantly alerted through the First Response app, complete with live location details and incident type.
- Real-Time Coordination: Responders communicate directly with the user, confirm their status and collaborate via chat to plan an effective response.
- On-Site Response: Using live location tracking, responders are guided precisely to the user’s location for swift assistance.
- Incident Resolution: Once the situation has been resolved, updates are logged automatically, and incident reports are generated for audit or analysis.
