What is Audiesafe Lone Worker?
Audiesafe Lone Worker is an extension of the Audiesafe app designed for individuals in isolated or higher risk roles. It adds specialised safety tools, such as SOS alerts, real time geolocation, and wellbeing check ins, to ensure support is reachable both on and off site.
How does the “Check- In Timer” feature work?
The Check-In timer requires the user to acknowledge their safety at set times. If a user fails to check in before the timer expires, an automatic high priority alert is triggered to notify the management portal that assistance may be required.
What is the benefit of “Real-Time Geolocation”?
In the event of an emergency or a missed check in, the app identifies the users’ exact coordinates. This ensures that security teams or emergency services know precisely where help is needed the moment an alert is triggered.
How does the Fall Detection feature work?
Fall detection utilises the motion detector chips within the user’s mobile device. Because it relies on internal hardware, the height and impact parameters may vary slightly depending on the specific device being used, providing an automated safety net if a user is unable to trigger an alert manually.
Can users report concerns that aren’t immediate emergencies?
Yes. The app includes a wellbeing & incident reporting feature. This allows users to report non urgent concerns or safety observations directly through the app, ensuring that issues are documented and addressed before they escalate.
