We’re excited to announce the launch of Control — our brand new portal that brings everything together in one place.
For a while now, managing the Audiebant system has meant juggling separate User and Admin portals. It worked, but we always knew it could be simpler. Control is our answer to that. It replaces both portals with a single, unified platform where users, communications, and administration all live together.
This has been a big project for us, and one we’re genuinely proud of. Control isn’t just a facelift. We’ve rebuilt the experience from the ground up, taking on board feedback from clients to create something that’s not only cleaner and more intuitive to navigate, but more capable too.
One of the things we’re most excited about is the new broadcast options. You can now reach your people via SMS, email, and live voice calls — not just through the portal. Pair that with a new General Announcements channel for everyday, non-urgent communications, and you’ve got a much richer set of tools for keeping everyone in the loop. We’ve also added a Calendar View so you can see all your scheduled audio activity at a glance, and Audiescreen V2 brings a more personalised digital signage experience to the table.
Behind the scenes, we’ve made meaningful improvements too. Audio content is now centralised in a single Audio Centre — no more hunting across pages. Pre-recorded announcements can be uploaded and managed directly within Control. And for administrators, permissions are now far more granular, letting you control exactly what each person can see and do. That one came directly from your feedback, and we’re glad we got to build it.
Everything you rely on today carries over. Your schedules, playlists, urgent announcements, Audiesafe, Lone Worker and First Responder apps — all still there, all still working the way you’d expect.
