Welcoming Audiebant’s New Distribution Channel Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Alison Nolan to the Audiebant team as our new Distribution Channel Manager. 

Alison brings more than 20 years of experience in the security and distribution sector. She’s known for building strong relationships, developing new markets and supporting partners in a way that delivers results without losing the human touch. 

A Career Built on Trust, Growth and Collaboration  
 
Alison has spent her career working closely with installers, system integrators and distributors. In her previous role, she developed the North Central region from scratch – building a customer base through insight, persistence and a genuine focus on what each client needed. Many of the accounts she grew started with zero spend and are now established, long-term partners across CCTV, fire, intruder and access control. 

Earlier in her career, she helped scale a leading surveillance brand across the UK and Ireland, launched new products into the market and consistently hit ambitious sales targets while managing key territories. Her background spans internal sales, field sales and business development, giving her a strong understanding of both customer and supplier challenges. 

This breadth of experience means she knows how to support partners in a way that feels personal, strategic and commercially sound. 

What Alison Will Be Focusing On 
 
In her role at Audiebant, Alison will be: 

  • Strengthening relationships with our existing partners 
  • Exploring and developing new channel opportunities 
  • Providing tailored support to installers, integrators and distributors 
  • Driving strategic growth across key regions 
  • Supporting smooth communication between partners and our internal teams 
  • Helping bring innovation to market through collaboration and insight 

She’s commercially sharp but also very people-focused, a combination that fits perfectly with how we operate as a business.
