Our technology department alone has tripled in size since January. That’s no small feat. We’ve expanded the team with key hires across:

This kind of growth means we’re no longer building in the margins, we’re engineering at scale, shipping fast and laying the technical foundation for a global product that’s trusted when it matters most.
Operations and Installations: Built for Scale
As the number of installs rise and projects grow in complexity; we’ve also made key hires in operations and installations.
- Adam Gudger, Technical Solutions Manager, is helping lead project planning and client delivery at a strategic level
- Adam Brayford, Technical Installation Engineer, brings hands-on expertise to ensure every install meets our high standard
These roles are vital to delivering smooth, high-quality installations and supporting our clients at every step of their journey with Audiebant.
New Voice In Communications
We’re also investing in how we communicate who we are. We recently welcomed Aimee Sanderson as our Communications & Content Executive, joining at a pivotal moment as we scale beyond the UK and helping to tell the Audiebant story and amplify our brand.
Finance, Reinforced
As the commercial side of the business scales too, we’re building our finance team too, with Faye Garrity joining to help manage the growing complexity of our financial operations during this critical phase of scaling and beyond.
On the World Stage
With live installations and business development now underway across Europe and the United States, we’re entering the next phase of our journey: global growth.
From our base in Lancashire, we’ve grown into a business trusted by:

Our system and products are already in place at 600+ client sites and as new legislation (like Martyn’s Law) comes into effect, the demand for intelligent safety communication is only rising.
