Audiebant Media Player Warranty

Warranty Period

  1. Audiebant provides a full replacement warranty for each Audiebant Media Player, this warranty continues for an unlimited period of time subject to an Audiebant software licence being in place.
  1. Specifications

This warranty only applies to the Audiebant core Media Player which comprises of:

  • At least an Intel® N95 or equivalent Processor
  • Standard onboard graphics
  • At least 8GB Memory
  • At least 256GB of SATA Storage
  • At least 1 HDMI port
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0
  • Ethernet LAN port
  • At least 2 USB ports
  • 3.5mm stereo headset jack
  • Kensington lock support
  1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, A new replacement Media Player , pre configured with the same settings will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of the faulty Media Player.

  1. Replacement Conditions

This warranty includes replacement of the Media Player, provided that the Media Player case has not been opened, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.

The client must return the faulty Media Player(s) via registered post.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any faults caused by external conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to theft or loss of the product.

Modifications, alterations, improper storage, exposure to moisture, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and installations not in accordance with Audiebant specifications will void this warranty.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Audiebant shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by the client or any third party. The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the media player.

  1. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the client must first contact the supplier of the Media Player to diagnose the issue and determine whether the fault can be rectified.

  1. Returns

To return a faulty media player please mark as “Audiebant Media Player Warranty Claim”

And send to: Audiebant Limited at Unit 21 Q and 21 R, Balloo South Business Park, Enterprise Road, Bangor, Co. Down, BT19 7TA, Northern Ireland.

  1. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
