Audiebant based in Kirkham, near Preston, Lancashire has an urgent requirement for a 1^st line IT support engineer to join our team for a temporary 3-month contract.  We have a number of projects which require some immediate IT support from the ideal candidate.

We provide market-leading Mass Communication Zoned solutions which are fit for purpose across the public sector. These are specifically for Lockdown, Critical Incidents and General day-to-day communications.

 

Once you are up to speed on our projects, and internal processes, it will be jumping in the deep end, and using your initiative to contact our clients to arrange software delivery based on a variety of different software solutions, which you will build for each client.  Once the software has been delivered to the client, you will then assist our clients with the installation, support and ongoing training of the solution.

 

Experience within an IT support environment

1^st Line support experience

Superb communication and problems solving skills

Windows 10/11, Mac OSX and Linux experience

Passion for technology

 

Superb teamwork skills

Troubleshooting experience
